Schools
The Building Regulations require strict acoustic performance standards to be met by every new school which is designed and built. Building Control will require a comprehensive and professional report to be submitted outlining that the standards will be met. The report will include the sound insulation of separating walls between teaching spaces, reverberation design for teaching spaces, external environmental noise level readings, and the assessment and design of the building façade elements.
